Demiwater
Evides supplies distilled water at the point of use with boundary values as stated in the overview below. The values stated are solely indicative. Evides accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of these values
At customer request, the supplier shall give the customer access to the analysis reports on the distilled water that are routinely prepared for internal use.
In the event that the customer wishes to have additional analyses made, these will be charged to the customer.
In the event of a conflict related to the results of such analysis, customer and supplier shall jointly appoint an independent laboratory to repeat the analyses in question. The results reported by this laboratory shall be binding on both parties.
Distilled water is not hygienically reliable, and may therefore not be used for sanitary applications. In particular, legionnaire’s disease and other bacteria may be present in distilled water, making sanitary use subject to legal restriction. Customer shall take all possible steps to prevent its employees or other parties from using distilled water for sanitary purposes, which is deemed to be misuse of this product. Customer indemnifies supplier against claims by third parties for damages related to such misuse of distilled water.
