During the signing ceremony for the Sino-Dutch Research Program (SDRP) on 25th November, the SDRP logo was also introduced.

The logo shows black (polluted) water turning into blue (pure) water. Besides that it contains the colours of the Netherlands (orange) and China (red). In the first part of 2012 a separate website of SDRP will be available.
The agreement that Evides Industriewater and two leading Chinese research institutes – the National Engineering Center of Urban Water Resources of Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) and the Provincial Academy of Environmental Science from Xi’An (PAES) – signed, has an initial term of five years and focuses on the treatment of complicated waste waters for the coal-chemical industry. The Technical University of Delft is also partner of SDRP, that will combine fundamental and applied research . Evides Industriewater contributes to this research program, because it aims at using the know-how to optimize operations in existing DBFO-projects on wastewater treatment and reuse.
