Evides is 50% owned by DELTA NV and 50% by Gemeenschappelijk Bezit Evides, all of which consist of municipalities and provinces in the home market of Evides.
The Board of Directors and Supervisory Board have elected to adopt the Corporate Governance Code presented by the Tabaksblat Commission in December 2003, and to clarify any deviations if and when these may arise. Although the code is solely mandatory for stock exchange-listed companies, Evides sees added value in endorsing the code as a means of ensuring transparency of control mechanisms and the relationships between the various corporate bodies.
